To fly higher in life: Progress comes from searching, gathering, organizing, evaluating, decisioning, visioning, designing, applying.

Initial stage of a bird is conditioning, the mother incubates the eggs for several weeks and month before it hatches.

Step.1.The first Unit of conditioning is family, so the way, the type, the attitude and behaviors that resulted from a kid's behavior is from the family influence. This is the primary steps that determines  the kid's future flight (Kid's  progress). Whether his/her conditioning environment is positive or negative it has to be a progression. So it is the best and good teaching of kids about what the  future hold for them does really matters. In this process children  are trying to discover what is out there (searching and gatherings). So do not spare the rod for the right cause

After hatching the little birds then exposed to a wider world.

Step 2. So this  second steps is involving the second unit of influence outside your family and that is religion. what ever religion you are tagged under, that's your second stage of conditioning. So your child's flight (progress) is also determine by your belief system. and by now the child instill belief  system that will directly affects his/her  future forever. so your family way of life and  religious belief system is shaping that life, and that is his/her culture. However, exposure started to go wider and that leads to the next step.

And from then on  after mother sees the little bird's feather are fully grown she begin to teach the first lesson on how to fly. this steps involve Her on flight training, catching food (insects and worms). this stage involve a lot of trail and error, pain and shortcomings but that is normal. a statement said, and i quote, "No Pain, No Gain"

Step 3. The child then sent to school in this step  kids they do not want to go alone to the classrooms and most times are spending on crying, eating, sleeping and thinking about their parents. And also playing and making new friends.This is  pre-school to primary level stage. This is the third unit of conditioning. your are taught to be self organised and learn from the information from experiences; ,new discoveries, new teaching from the teachers and day care centers. All the information gathered are being processed by the child  on how thing happens what will happen next and  how to  solve problems. so education is an initial stage that support you to be self-reliance. This conditioning is the beginning of flight. Fall and rise, fall and rise ...it is repetitive and until they know how it happens .. the next step is Given the license to fly. The mother bird allows the little one to fly alone but not yet leaving.. Decision Making, visioning, and designing
