Two bombs have exploded in the Thai resort of Hua Hin, killing one woman and injuring 19 people including foreign tourists.

The bombs were hidden in plant pots spaced 50m (164 ft) apart, and detonated by mobile phones within half an hour of each other, police said.
Local reports say the woman who died was running a food stall in the area of the blasts.
Five foreigners are reported to be among the injured, two of them Britons.
Twin bombings are a regular occurrence in Thailand's three southern provinces, which are wracked by an insurgency, but it is rare to find such attacks in Thailand's tourist areas.
Briton Mark Gainsford told the BBC he had been in a bar near the blasts: "I heard people shouting 'Bomb! Bomb!' but I didn't hear any blast.
"I ran out to see if I could help. I saw eight to 10 people injured, on the floor. The police arrived very quickly."
Hua Hin, an upmarket coastal resort on the Gulf of Thailand, is popular with foreign and Thai visitors.
Its royal palace is famous as the preferred home of King Bhumibol Adulyade.

A Texas mattress shop is to close after facing a backlash for a 9/11-themed advert described as "tasteless". At the end of the advert staff knock over two towers of mattresses Miracle Mattress faced strong criticism after its "twin tower sale" offered every mattress sold on the anniversary of the attacks for the price of a smaller twin mattress. In the clip, staff fall into two towers of mattress, knocking them over. "We'll never forget," the presenter of the clip says in the now withdrawn advert. Hanjin seeks funds to free stranded cargo worth $14bn

GETTY IMAGES The failed Hanjin shipping group is desperately seeking funds to rescue $14bn (£10.5bn) worth of cargo stranded round the world following its collapse. Hanjin filed for receivership in South Korea last week after attempts to bail out the indebted company failed. Ports have refused to accept Hanjin cargoes without guarantees that port fees will be paid. However, creditors, banks and the South Korean government are all reluctant to put up the cash. The global economic downturn, fierce competition and falling prices has hit profits across the cargo shipping industry and Hanjin collapsed with debts of about $5.4bn (£4.1bn) last month. There are an estimated 89 Hanjin ships out of its 141-vessel fleet in difficulty, and some have been seized by creditors.
